摘    要:骨髓基质细胞可向神经细胞方向诱导分化有望成为神经移植的重要细胞来源,为缺血性脑损伤的细胞和基因治疗奠定了基础。文章就骨髓基质细胞向缺血脑区的迁移、替代受损神经细胞、分泌神经营养因子、促进内源性神经前体细胞增殖和作为外源性基因载体等方面的机制做了综述。

Abstract:Bone marrow stem cells can be induced to differentiate into nerve cells, and it is promising to make it become the main cell resources of nerve transplantation. Therefore, it lays a foundation for the cellular and gene therapy of ischemic cerebral injury. The article reviews the mechanisms of the migrating of bone marrow stromal cells into the ischemic zone, replacing injured nerve cells, producing neurotrophic factors and promoting the proliferation of endogenous neural precursor cells and acting as exogenous gene vectors.
