| 摘 要： | 目的通过对某幼儿园手足口病暴发疫情调查分析,为有效防控手足口病疫情提供科学依据。方法对北京市西城区某幼儿园手足口病暴发疫情进行现场调查,并对结果进行描述性流行病学分析。结果该起疫情历时8天,共涉及14例手足口病病例,均为托二班儿童,该班罹患率为63.6%,引起本起暴发疫情的病原体为柯萨奇A16。结论应采取综合措施加强幼儿园手足口病的预防与控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate and analyze an outbreak of hand,foot and mouth disease（HFMD） at a kindergarten,Beijing to provide scientific evidence for formulating its prevention and control strategies.Methods Field investigation was carried out on an outbreak of HFMD at a kindergarten in Xicheng district of Beijing,and data were described and analyzed with epidemiological methods.Results The outbreak was caused by Coxsackie virus A16 and lasted for seven days.Fourteen cases of HFMD were reported at the Baby Class 2,with an attack rate of 63.6 percent.Conclusion Comprehensive measures should be adopted to prevent and control HFMD at the kindergarten. |
