| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血小板计数、体积、压积及分布宽度在急性脑梗死患者中的变化。方法对277例急性脑梗死患者和98例健康人的PLT、MPV、PDW、PCT进行比较。结果急性脑梗死患者的MPV、PCT明显高于健康对照组,而PLT明显低于对照组,均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论血小板在血栓形成中起重要作用,检测血小板的计数、压积及体积,对急性脑梗死的预防、病情的发展有一定临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the changes of platelet count (PLT)?mean platelet volume (MPV)?platelet hematocrit (PCT)?platelet distribution width (PDW) in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods The parameters of blood platelet(PLT?MPV?PCT?PDW) were detected in 277 patients with acute cerebral infarction and compared with the control group(98 persons with good health). Results PLT and PCT in acute cerebral infarction were obviously higher than in control group, while PLT was lower than in control group. There were significant differences in all results(P<0.05). Conclusion Platelet plays an essential role in thrombus formation. Therefore, it is important on clinic to detect PLT?PCT and MPV for the prevention and controlling of acute cerebral infarction. |
