脑干病变临床与影像学的对照研究

我们对有完整病历的临床资料和用CT和／或MR检查的脑干病变的病人17例进行了复习。并对其中13例做了症状、体征、影像学表现和诊断的比较分析。结果认为MR检查是发现脑干病变的一个最好方法。在6例脑桥病变中，1例没有有关脑桥的症状，4例与所谓的任何脑桥综合征不符。遇到5例延髓梗塞病例中，3例在右侧、2例在左侧。建议对复杂多变的脑干病变诊断应以MR影像为主，参考临床征象并随诊观察才是解决问题的正确程序。

Comparative Study Between Clinical and Imaging Manifestations in Brain Stem Diseases

We reyiewed 17 cases with brain stem disease which had complete clinical data and were examine by using CT and /or M R. 13 cases of them were analized for their symptoms,physical signs,imaging findings and their diagnosis. We found that MR imaging is the best method for detecting brain stem disease. Among 6 cases with pons disease, one had no symptom of pons, four did not conform with any syndrome. We encountered 5 lateral medullary infarct cases, 3 on the right and 2 on the left. We recommend that the diagnosis of brain stem disease mainly depending on the features of M R imaging, think ing of their clinical data and following up the course may be the correct process for the complex nervous problem.
