| 摘 要： | 目的 总结关节镜诊断和治疗膝关节疾患的临床经验。方法 应用关节镜诊治膝关节疾患87例（93膝）。结果 93膝通过关节镜检查和镜视下手术进一步明确了诊断，综合评分由术有3．8分改善了9．3分，总有效率达94．6％。结论 关节镜对膝关节内疾患的诊断直观，明确，镜视下手术创伤小，并发症少，疗效好。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss clinical experiences in diagnosis and treatment of knee disorders by arthroscopy. Methods 87 cases (93 knees) of knee joint disease were diagnozed and treated by arthroscopy. Results 93 knees were examined by arthroscopy and confirmed by operation under the arthroscope. Comprehensive evaluation was improved and total effective rate was 94 6%. Conclusion Arthroscopy is a gooe device to make visual, accurate diagnosis with less injury, fewer complications and better curative effects. |
