囊性肾癌的影像学分析

目的：提高对囊性肾癌的影像学诊断水平。方法：回顾性分析18例经手术病理证实的囊性肾癌的超声、CT及MRI的影像学表现。结果：囊性肾癌在超声、CT及MRI的影像学表现的主要特点为囊壁厚、可有不规则分隔，可有壁结节、不规则钙化，边缘不清晰，囊性占位性病变彩色多普勒检查囊壁或分隔上有明显的血流信号。CT增强扫描后囊壁、壁结节及分隔强化。MR检查T1WI像呈近似等信号，T2WI像呈稍高信号的囊壁及分隔，增强表现其囊壁及分隔信号增强。结论：囊性肾癌在超声、CT及MRI的检查上有一定的特征性的表现，对不典型者应行引导下穿刺活检。

The imaging features of cystic renal cell carcinoma

Objective:To improve the image diagnosis of cystic renal cell carcino ma.Methods:Ultrasonography ,CT and M RI appearances of 18 patients with cysti c renal cell carcinoma confirmed pathologically were analyzed.R esults:Cystic renal cell carcinoma can be diagnosed correctly by ultrasonography,CT and MRI .The main findings were irregular thickening of the cystic walls and septums, s olid nodules of the wall, irregular calcification, color flow was showed in soli d components or on septums, contrast enhancement of the solid substance and sep tums of cystic renal cell carcinoma in CT and MRI.Conclusion: The imagine manife station of diagnosis of cystic renal cell carcinoma has its characteristics, whi le for atypical cases, it is necessary to perform needle aspiration guided by ultrasonography or CT to make definite diagnosis.
