中西医结合治疗HP相关性消化性溃疡疗效观察

目的：研究探讨应用中西医结合方法治疗 HP 相关性消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法：将来我院治疗的64例 HP相关性的消化性溃疡患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例，治疗组患者根据中医辨证施治理论和西医对症措施。对照组患者每天给予与治疗组相同成分，相同剂量的西药治疗。结果：两组疗效比较：治疗组总有效率81.25%，对照组总有效率34.38%，治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.01）。两组患者均出现不同程度的不良反应，治疗组不良反应发生率为21.88%，对照组不良反应发生率为53.13%，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中药选择性多，组方变化大，降低了幽门螺旋菌的耐药性，加之西药可快速减轻患者的临床症状，因此取得了较好的临床效果和较高的患者满意度。但由于中医药的辨证、组方灵活程度较高，在临床诊治中缺乏统一的诊治标准，因此仍需进一步的研究观察。

Clinical observation on HP related peptic ulcer in the integrative medicine

To study clinical efficacy of integrative medicine HP-related peptic ulcer. Methods：64 patients with peptic ulcer with HP randomly divided into treatment group and control group 32 cases, patients treated with TCM and western medicine syndrome in differentiation. Patients in the control group were given the same ingredients every day, the same dose of western medicine. Results：Comparison of two groups：in the treatment group, the total efficiency was 81.25%;in the control group, the total efficiency was 34.38%;there was significant difference （P〈0.01）. All patients with some degrees of adverse reactions, the incidence of adverse reactions in treatment group was 21.88%; adverse reactions occurred in the control group was 53.13%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine can alleviate clinical symptoms quickly, thus achieved better clinical results and high patient satisfaction.
