中医药干预对脊髓型颈椎病术后脊髓功能恢复的影响

目的：观察中医药干预脊髓型颈椎病术后患者对其脊髓功能恢复的影响。方法：将58例脊髓型颈椎病术后患者随机分为治疗组（29例）与对照组（29例），两组均使用西药基础治疗，治疗组加用中药治疗，1次/d，28d为1个疗程，共3个疗程。分别于治疗前、治疗结束时进行患者脊髓功能评分，评价中医药早期干预对患者脊髓功能恢复的影响。结果：两组患者术后中医疗效改善效果相当；治疗后JOA评分均有不同程度改善（P〈0.05或P〈0.01），但中医药联合西药治疗较单纯西药治疗改善明显，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；且两组患者神经功能改善优良率比较有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论：中医药早期介入可以改善脊髓型颈椎病术后患者脊髓功能恢复，且疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

Effects of TCM medicine on cervical spondylotic myelopathy cord function after operation

To observe the effect of TCM medicine on cervical spondylotic myelopathy cord function after operation. Methods：58 cases of CSM patients were randomly divided into treatment group （29 cases） and control group （29 cases）, both groups used basic treatment,and treatment group with TCM medicine. Spinal cord function of cervical spondylotic myelopathy was evaluated by JOA score before and after treatment. Results：The JOA scores for patients in both groups were significantly improved compared with that of before treatment （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, and TCM medicine combined with western medicine treatment improved significantly compared with western medicine alone, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）; two excellent rates of improvement in neurological function were significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TCM medicine intervention can improve cervical myelopathy patients after spinal cord function recovery.
