益肾活血化浊解毒法治疗肾性高血压59例疗效观察

目的：观察益肾活血化浊解毒法中药治疗肾性高血压的疗效和安全性。方法：将120例肾性高血压患者采用分层随机、平行对照的方法分为两组。对照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平及替米沙坦口服治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用益肾活血化浊解毒法中药治疗。两组均连续用药8周。监测治疗前后血压、血肌酐（Scr）、尿素氮（BUN）、24h尿蛋白量定量（24h UPQ）及中医症候、药物不良反应。结果：从两组患者治疗后总体降压疗效来看，对照组总有效率78.8%，治疗组总有效率81.4%，两组间比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。而治疗组中医证候疗效的总有效率为89.8%，明显高于对照组（65.4%），两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。用药后治疗组肾功能血肌酐（Scr）值及24h尿蛋白量定量（24h UPQ）改善程度较对照组显著（P〈0.05）。治疗组不良反应发生率（5.0%）显著低于对照组（17.3%）（P〈0.05）。结论：益肾活血化浊解毒法中药联合西药治疗肾性高血压安全有效，其改善肾功能、降低尿蛋白方面优于单独使用西药。

Clinical observation on treating 59 cases of renal hypertension by the Yishen Huoxue Huazhuo Jiedu therapy

To observe safety and effects of the Yishen Huoxue Huazhuo Jiedu therapy on renal hypertension. Methods：120 patients with renal hypertension were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given amlodipine besylate and telmisartan;another was given Yishen Huoxue Huazhuo Jiedu therapy more. In 8 weeks, the level of blood pressure, Scr, BUN, 24h UPQ, TCM syndromes and adverse reactions were observed. Results：The total efficiency in treatment group was 81.4%, better than 78.8%in the control （P〉0.05）. The total efficiency of TCM type, Scr and 24h UPQ in treatment group was significantly improved than the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Yishen Huoxue Huazhuo Jiedu therapy plus western medicine could improve renal function, urine protein for renal hypertension, with safe effects.
