中医治疗慢性咽喉炎32例临床分析

目的：探讨中医治疗慢性咽喉炎的临床疗效。方法：选取我院收治的64例慢性咽喉炎患者，随机均分为对照组（西药治疗）和观察组（玄麦甘桔汤治疗）。比较两组治疗总有效率和咽部症状体征的差异。结果：观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）；观察组咽干少津、淋巴滤泡增生、咽部黏膜充血和言多咽痛等咽部症状体征均较对照组显著改善（P〈0.05）；两组干咳症状比较差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论：采用玄麦甘桔汤治疗慢性咽喉炎安全有效，能显著改善临床症状。

A clinical analysis of treating chronic laryngitis in TCM

To investigate clinical effects of TCM on chronic laryngitis. Methods：64 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given the western medicine, another was given Xuanmai Ganjie decoction. Results： The total efficiency in observation group was obviously better （P〈0.05）, lymphoid follicular hyperplasia, pharyngeal mucosal hyperemia and sore throat were significantly improved （P〈0.05）, there were no obvious differences in symptoms of dry cough （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The Xuanmai Ganjie decoction with safe effects for chronic laryngitis, can improve clinical symptoms significantly.
