Astramax 角膜工作站引导下超乳术中角膜松解切口的临床疗效分析

目的：探讨Astramax角膜工作站引导下白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术中的角膜缘弧形切开对角膜散光的疗效。方法：白内障术前角膜散光41眼，随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组行超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术。治疗组在常规超声乳化完成后，根据术前Astramax角膜工作站引导下的角膜地形图检查结果，于最高屈光度的子午线上做一对角膜缘松解切口。结果：两组患者术后视力较术前均有提高；治疗组患者术后1周、1月、3月平均角膜散光度与术前平均角膜散光度相比差异有统计学意义，优于对照组。结论：Astramax角膜工作站引导下超乳术中于角膜最高屈光度的子午线上行角膜缘松解切口，可有效降低术前散光，方法安全、简便，值得推广。

A clinical analysis of corneal releasing incisions during phacoemulsification guided by Astramax corneal workstation

Objective： To investigate clinical effects of Astramax corneal workstation on corneal releasing incisions during phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Methods：41 eyes were randomly divided into two groups; the control group was given phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation; anther was given corneal releasing incisions guided by Astramax corneal workstation. Results： After treatment, visual acuity of patients in two groups was improved; in 1 week, 1 month and 3 months, the difference of average corneal astigmatism was statistically significant, and the treatment group was better. Conclusion：Corneal releasing incisions in the phacoemulsification guided by Astramax corneal workstation can reduce preoperative astigmatism effectively, was safe, simple, and is worthy of promotion.
