通腑泻肺汤治疗老年便秘并肺炎60例疗效观察

目的：观察通腑泻肺汤治疗老年便秘并肺炎疗效。方法：选择我院2011年1月-2013年1月收治的60例老年便秘合并肺炎患者并随机分成观察组和对照组，对照组给予西医常规抗生素应用，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上，加用中药通腑泻肺汤。结果：观察组有效率93.3%，对照组有效率76.6%，观察组优于对照组，两组比较结果有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：通腑泻肺汤治疗老年便秘合并肺炎疗效显著，值得临床推广。

Effective observation on treating 60 cases of the aged pneumonia and constipation by Tongfu Xiefei decoction

To observe clinical effects of the combined treatment of Antibiotics and Tongfu Xiefei decoction on the senile pneumonia and constipation. Methods： 60 hospitalized cases with the senile pneumonia and constipation from January 2011 to January 2013 were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Tongfu Xiefei decoction combined with Antibiotics, 30 patients in control group were treated with pure Antibiotics. Results： The total efficacy was 93.3% in treatment group and 76.6% in control group, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Tongfu Xiefei decoction can significantly increase therapeutic effect on the senile pneumonia and constipation with little side effects in clinical practice.
