中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎继发不孕症的疗效分析

目的：研究中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎继发不孕症的临床疗效。方法：将临床收集的200例因慢性盆腔炎所致的不孕症患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组100例。其中对照组采用单纯西药经期抗炎，治疗组采用经期西药抗炎及经间期中药调理。两组患者均以6个月为1个疗程，2个疗程结束后，比较两组患者临床疗效、输卵管造影结果显示正常（双侧输卵管通畅）者以及妊娠率。结果：治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，有比较显著性差异（P〈0.05），治疗1个疗程后和2个疗程后受孕率比较，治疗组也明显高于对照组（P〉0.05，P〈0.01）。结论：中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎致不孕症疗效显著，值得推广。

An analysis of treating infertility from chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in the integrative medicine

To study clinical effects of the integrative medicine on infertility. Methods： 200 patients were randomly divided into two groups,100 cases for each, the control group was given western medicine in menstrual period, the treatment group was added intermenstrual TCM recuperated. 6 months for 1 course, with 2 courses, clinical effects were compared between two groups. Results：The total efficiency in treatment group was obviously better （P〈0.05）, the pregnancy rate after 2 treatments was significantly increased （P〉0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine on treating infertility from chronic pelvic inflammatory disease was confirmed with good effects, and worthy of clinical promotion.
