| 摘 要： | 目的：观察玉屏风颗粒治疗成人慢性喘息型支气管炎的临床疗效。方法：90例成人慢性喘息型支气管炎患者，随机分为2组，治疗组46例，对照组44例。对照组采用酮替芬片治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用玉屏风颗粒，治疗6个月。结果：两组总有效率比较，治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组，P〈0.01。结论：玉屏风颗粒治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎急性发作有较好的临床疗效，值得进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe clinical effects of Yupingfeng granule on treating chronic asthmatic bronchitis. Methods： 90 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given ketotifen tablets, another was given Yupingfeng granule more. Results：The efficiency in the treatment group was better, P＆lt;0.01. Conclusion：Yupingfeng granule was good at treating chronic asthmatic bronchitis, and is worthy of widely research. |
