马来酸曲美布丁与六味能消联合治疗功能性便秘的临床体会

目的：探讨马来酸曲美布丁与六味能消联合治疗功能性便秘的临床效果。方法：选取60例功能性便秘患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组单纯给予马来酸曲美布丁口服治疗，观察组给予马来酸曲美布丁与六味能消联合治疗。观察两组治疗后排便次数、大便性状等改变情况，并进行统计学分析。结果：观察组治疗后排便次数明显较对照组多，大便性状评分较对照组高，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对照组治疗总有效率为76.67%，观察组为96.67%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者治疗过程中均无严重不良反应。结论：马来酸曲美布丁与六味能消联合治疗功能性便秘，能显著改善大便性状，使排便次数增多，安全性高，值得临床应用推广。

Clinical experience for treating functional constipation with trimebutine maleate and Liuwei Nengxiao

To investigate clinical effects of trimebutine maleate and Liuwei Nengxiao on functional constipation. Methods：60 patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with trimebutine maleate tablets, while the observation group was treated with trimebutine maleate tablets and Liuwei Nengxiao. Defecation frequency, stool consistency after treatment were observed and compared between two groups. Results：Compared with control group, defecation frequency and stool consistency scores were higher in observation group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The total efficacy in control group and observation group were 76.67%and 96.67%respectively, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. No serious adverse reactions in two groups. Conclusion： For functional constipation, trimebutine maleate tablets combined with Liuwei Nengxiao could improve the stool consistency and defecation frequency, with high safety, and was worthy of clinical promotion.
