化瘀通络法在男性不育症治疗中的效果分析

目的：探讨化瘀通络法在男性不育症治疗中的效果。方法：采用回顾性方法分析，选取我院门诊2010年3月-2012年3月收治的56例由于精液不液化症导致的男性不育症患者的临床资料。随机将其分为对照组及观察组，各28例，对照组患者给予六味地黄丸治疗，观察组患者给予化瘀通络法治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：对照组患者治疗总有效率为53.57%，观察组患者治疗总有效率为82.14%，两组患者在总疗效上有着显著差异，具有差异统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对由于精液不液化症导致的男性不育患者给予化瘀通络法治疗，能够达到瘀血去、湿热消、精道畅，使精液得以液化的功效，值得临床推广应用。

A clinical analysis of treating male infertility by Huayu Tongluo therapy

Objective：To explore clinical effects of Huayu Tongluo therapy on treating male infertility. Methods：56 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given Liuwei Dihuang Wan, another was given Huayu Tongluo therapy. Results：The total efficiency in the control was 53.57%, it was 82.14% in the observation, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Huayu Tongluo therapy can relieve clinical symptoms for patients of sperm non-liquified, to achieve some efficacy for semen liquefaction, and is worthy of clinical application.
