自拟润肺通便汤治疗老年性便秘疗效观察

目的：观察润肺通便汤治疗老年性便秘临床疗效。方法：将82例老年性便秘患者随机分成两组，治疗组42例服用自拟润肺通便汤，对照组40例口服乳果糖，10d为1个疗程，依据病情需要，治疗1～3个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率83.78%，对照组总有效率58.33%，两组疗效有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：润肺通便汤治疗老年性便秘疗效显著，且标本兼治，值得使用推广。

Clinical observation on treating senile constipation with Runfei Tongbian decoction

Objective：To observe clinical effects of Runfei Tongbian decoction on treating senile constipation. Methods：82 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group was given Runfei Tongbian decoction, and the control was given lactulose oral. Results： The total efficiency was 83.78% in the treatment group, it was 58.33% in the control, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Runfei Tongbian decoction come with confirmed effects for senile constipation, is worthy of clinical promotion.
