舒肝颗粒调节肝郁气滞型乳癖患者内分泌的临床疗效观察

目的：总结舒肝颗粒调节肝郁气滞证乳癖患者内分泌的临床观察结果。方法：通过收集78例肝郁气滞证乳腺增生病患者治疗前后的雌激素（E2）、孕激素（P）、体征量化评分结果，进行统计分析，探讨舒肝颗粒能否从调节内分泌方面治疗肝郁气滞证乳癖患者。结果：78例患者中，2例痊愈，27例显效，38例有效，无效11例，总有效率85.89%，其中对治疗前后乳癖患者的雌激素（E2）、孕激素（P）进行统计，治疗前后 E2有差异（P〈0.1）；治疗前后P 有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：舒肝颗粒可调节肝郁气滞证乳癖患者的内分泌，从而达到治疗效果。

Clinical observation on treating lump in breast with the Shugan granule

To summarize clinical observation results of the Shugan granule regulating Ganyu Qizhi in patients with endocrine. Methods：By collecting 78 cases before and after estrogen hyperplasia of Ganyu Qizhi by the treatment （E2）, progesterone （P） results, symptoms score results, statistical analysis, explore the Shugan granule can from the regulation of endocrine treatment in patients with Ganyu Qizhi type of lump in breast. Results： Among the 78 patients, 2 cases were cured, 27 cases were cured, 38 cases markedly effective, 11 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 85.89%, which for the breast before and after treatment in patients with estrogen （E2）, progesterone （P） were collected before and after treatment with E2 （P〈0.1）; P has a difference before and after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Shugan granule can regulate Ganyu Qizhi in patients with endocrine, so as to achieve the therapeutic effect.
