| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药热敷治疗对腰椎间盘突出症患者腰痛的疗效及其护理。方法将60例患者随机分为两组，对照组和治疗组各30例。对照组给予骨盆牵引治疗，治疗组在骨盆牵引的基础上加用中药热敷。结果治疗组治愈14例，显效13例，有效3例；对照组治愈1例，显效12例，有效13例，无效4例。两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论中药热敷加牵引治疗可以有效缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者的腰痛症状，治疗过程中须加强相关护理措施。
