| 摘 要： | 目的观察疏血通注射液对老年急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法选择老年急性脑梗死患者90例,在常规治疗的基础上,45例加用疏血通注射液治疗;45例用香丹注射液治疗,两周后进行临床疗效的评定。结果治疗组显效率为75.56%,总有效率为95.56%,明显高于对照组（48.89%和75.56%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗后两组神经功能评分间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组血液流变学有明显改善,治疗前后全血黏度（高切、中切、低切）、纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度、血沉和血沉方程K值比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;与对照组相比治疗后全血黏度（高切、中切、低切）、纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度、血沉和血沉方程K值比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论疏血通注射液治疗老年急性脑梗死疗效确切,值得临床推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effectsandsecurity of Shuxuetong onaged acute cerebral infarction. Methods 90 aged patients with acte cerebral infarction were divided into two gropes treatment gropes（ 45 cases） and control group（ 45 cases） once a day for 14 days. Results Clinical study showed the total effective rate of treatment gropes was higher than that of the control group. The difference of blood rheology improved condition after treatment in two gropes was significant（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01） . Conclusion Shuxuetong is an effective and secure medication for treating aged acut cerebral infarction. |
