HPLC分析庆大霉素组分条件的系统研究

系统考察了各国药典ＨＰＬＣ分析庆大霉素Ｃ组分方法中各种因素的影响，如流动相组成与流速、反离子试剂浓度、待测溶液稳定性等。在上述研究基础上建立的ＨＰＬＣ梯度洗脱法，在３０ｍｉｎ内即可完成样品分析，并且Ｃ１与相邻各峰也获得了良好分离。该法为庆大霉素质量控制及其质量标准的改进，提供了新的有效方法。

ystematic Studies on the Condition of HPLC Method for Analysis ofContents of Gentamicin

This paper studies on the influences of various factors, including components ofmobile phase, concerntration of ion pair reagent, stability of solution to be determinated, etc,in analyzing the contents of gentamicin by HPLC methods which were used in BP, USP, ChP.On the basis of above studies, the gradient elution HPLC method was developed. With thismethod, the analysis of sample was completed within 30 min, and the C1 was separated wellwith other peaks nearby. So, it provided a new efficient technique in quality .control of genta micin.
