乳腺癌术后影响患肢功能康复的原因

目的分析乳腺癌术后患者患肢功能康复失败的原因,以提高生存质量.方法对210例乳腺癌患者术后早期即循序渐进的进行＞3-6个月的患肢功能康复训练,并分析康复效果及失败原因.结果术后3-6个月时有10例(4.8%)患者患肢功能康复失败,其中1例胸大肌外侧分索条状挛缩改变;2例切口延伸至腋下,切口瘢痕挛缩;7例为未坚持训练所致.结论乳腺癌术后患肢功能康复失败的原因主要是患者因各种原因未坚持训练、切口延伸至腋下或术中损伤神经.

The Causes of Failure to Rehabilitation of the Affected Limb Function of Postoperative Patients with Breast Carcinoma

To study the causes of failure to rehabilitation of the affected limb function of the postoperative patients with breast carcinoma in order to increase the living quality of the patients. Methods All 210 patients with breast carcinoma received rehabilitation exercise of the affected limb for 3 to 6 months following operation. The rehabilitation effects and the failed causes were analyzed. Results Three months after operation, 12 cases (5 7 %) failed to reach the rehabilitation standard. At 6th month postoperation, 10 cases (4 8 %) failed to rehabilitate the affected limb function: one had ectopectoralis contraction, 2 cicatricial contracture of oxter incision and 7 failed to persist in exercise. Conclusion The causes of failure to rehabilitation of the affected limb function of the postoperative patients with breast carcinoma were that the patients failed to persist in exercise due to various reasons and had oxter incision or the nerve was injured during operation.
