生化酶谱检测对原发性胆汁性肝硬化患者病情评估价值的探讨

目的分析雷州地区原发性胆汁性肝硬化患者肝功能结果的临床特点。方法采用Olympuslx10生化分析仪检测390例原发性胆汁性肝硬化病人和412例无肝脏疾病的健康者血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT),r-谷氨酰转肽酶(r-GT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直按胆红素(DBIL)、总蛋白(TP)、总胆汁酸(TBA)球蛋白(GLB)、白蛋白(ALB)/球蛋白(A/G)及AST/ALT比值。结果原发性胆汁性肝硬化组ALT、AST、AST/ALT、ALP、TPDBIL、TBIL、TBA、TBA、r-GT和GLB显著高于对照值(P<0.05)、ALB、AIG比值显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肝功能检测结果是原发性胆汁性肝硬化病情严重程度,判断病情发展及预后的重要参考指标。

Investigation of evaluative value on liver function in patients with primary biliary cirrhosis by Biochemical enzyme detection

Objective Analysis of leizhou region results of liver function in patients with clinical features of primary biliary cirrhosis.Methods Used OlympusLx10 biochemical analyzer detection 390 cases primary cirrhosis patients and 412 cases without liver disease ALT,r-GT,ALP,TBIL,DBIL,TP,TBA globulin GLB,and white protein(ALB)/globulin(A/G) and the AST/ ALT ratio.Results ALT,AST,and AST/ALT and the ALP,TPDBIL,and TBIL,and TBA,TBA,r-GT and GLB in primary biliary cirrhosis group was significantly higher(P<0.05),ALB,AIG ratio was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Liver function test results is an important reference index to judge the progression,severity and prognosis of primary biliary cirrhosis.
