阿奇霉素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效观察

目的探讨阿奇霉素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法将50例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组25例采用常规治疗及加用阿奇霉素,观察组25例则在对照组的基础上加用炎琥宁,并观察两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,两组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组病情恢复时间、退热、喘憋缓解、啰音消失、X线、治疗时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素联合炎琥宁治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效确切,安全可靠。

The observation of the curative effect on the azithromycin combing with potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate for injection treatment for children with bronchopneumonia

Objective To discuss the curative effect of the azithromycin combing with potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate for injection treatment for children with bronchopneumonia.Methods 50 children with bronchopneumonia were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in the control group were treated by regular treatment and added azithromycin,25 cases in the observation group were treated by the basis of the control group and added potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate for injection,and then observed the curative effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96 percent,higher than the control group with 76 percent,there were statistical significance between them.The recovery period,abatement of fever,broken wind hindrance laxation,velcro disappear,X line,and treatment time in the observation group were better than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The children with bronchopneumonia is treated by the azithromycin combing with potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate for injection,which has the best curative effect,and is safety.
