劳务工孕产妇产前检查依从性影响因素分析及对策

目的了解影响劳务工孕产妇产前检查依从性的因素,探索提高劳务工孕产妇对产前检查依从性的对策,促进母婴健康。方法选择2010年1～12月在本院住院分娩的劳务工孕产妇1826例,将早孕检查建册率、产检次数、高危妊娠发生率、围产儿出生缺陷发生率等指标与其他非户籍孕产妇进行对比;自行设计调查表,进行产检缺乏原因调查。结果劳务工孕产妇早孕检查建册率、产检次数明显低于其他非户籍孕产妇,高危妊娠发生率、新儿出生缺陷发生率高于其他非户籍孕产妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);主要的影响因素有认知不足(79.79%)、工作因素(66.32%)、经济因素(65.99%)。结论外来劳务工妇女在孕期产检依从性低,认知不足、工作和经济因素是其主要影响因素。

Analysis and countermeasures of prenatal care affecting compliance factors of maternal labor workers

Objective To find out the prenatal care affecting compliance factors of maternal labor workers,to discuss the response,and to improve the compliance of the prenatal care of maternal labor workers,in order to promote maternal and child health.Methods 1,826 maternal labor workers were selected in this study,they delivered in our hospital during the 2010.We compared the indicators of the rates of volume build of early pregnancy,number of the check,incidence of high-risk pregnancy and perinatal birth defects with other non-household maternal,self-designed questionnaire were used to investigate the reason for the lack of check.Results The rates of volume build of early pregnancy,number of the check were lower than other non-household maternal and incidence of high-risk pregnancy and prenatal,birth defects were higher than the non-household maternal.Difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the main influencing factors were the lack of recognition(79.79%),job factors(66.32%),economic factors(65.99%).Conclusions The main factors for the low check-compliance of the maternal labor workers are the lack of recognition,work and economic.
