浅议86例妇科腹腔镜手术的护理

目的探讨妇科腹腔镜手术的护理。方法随机选择妇科腹腔镜手术患者共86例。年龄19.8～64.6岁,平均34.4岁,其中输卵管异位妊娠31例,子宫肌瘤22例,卵巢囊肿14例,畸胎瘤手术8例,输卵管阻塞7例,慢性盆腔炎4例。对照组43例,常规护理:术前准备、肠道准备、阴道准备、饮食护理、预防感染护理、术后即时护理。观察组43例,常规护理措施同上,本组侧重围手术期心理、疼痛、皮肤护理。两组孕妇年龄、体重、疾病种类、手术时间无显著差异。比较两组病例相关并发症。数据处理使用SPSS 15.0软件。结果观察组患者术后表现为轻、中度疼痛,无重度疼痛,情绪稳定,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。伤口愈合表现为甲级愈合,明显优于对照组,无压疮发生。结论常规护理以及侧重心理、疼痛、皮肤护理对于妇科腹腔镜手术病例康复有积极的临床意义。

On Nursing Care of 86 Patients Undergoing Gynecological Laparoscopic Operation

Objective To explore the nursing care of patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic operation. Methods choose 86 patients undergoing gynecologic laparoscopic operation,who were 19.8-64.6 years old,with average 34.4,31 of which were tubal ectopic pregnancy,22 cases of hysteromyoma,14 cases of ovarian cyst,8 cases of teratoma operation,fallopian tube obstruction in 7 cases,4 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Among these 86 cases,43 cases of the control group were given routine nursing: preoperative preparation,bowel preparation,vaginal preparation,diet nursing care,prevention of infection,immediate postoperative care,while the other 43 cases in the observation group,were given routine nursing measures as above,which focused on psychology,pain,skin care in the perioperative period.Two groups of pregnant women had no significant differences in age,weight,type of disease and operation time.The related complications of these two groups were compared.Data processing was conducted by SPSS 15.0 software. Results Patients in the observation group showed emotional stability and light,moderate pain,without severe pain(P<0.01),so the difference was statistically significant.Wound healing in this group was in Grade A,significantly better than that in the control group,with no occurrence of pressure ulcers. Conclusions routine care as well as a focus on psychology,pain,skin care for laparoscopic gynecology operation cases has positive clinical significance for their recovery.
