心理治疗对慢性前列腺炎患者的疗效

目的研究心理治疗对慢性前列腺炎患者的临床疗效、心理状况以及生活质量的影响。方法 2010年3月～2011年3月本院就诊的慢性前列腺炎门诊患者120例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组患者接受慢性前列腺炎常规药物治疗,观察组在接受药物治疗的同时接受心理治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状自评量表评分和生活质量评分。结果观察组治愈40.00%、有效55.00%、无效5.0%,对照组治愈26.67%、有效48.33%、无效25.00%,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后观察组患者治疗前后症状自评量表评分中躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖和精神病性症状因子显著优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后观察组生活质量评分显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论心理治疗可提高慢性前列腺炎药物治疗的临床疗效,可改善患者的心理状况及提高患者生存质量,值得临床推广。

Effect of Psychotherapy on Patients with Chronic Prostatitis

Objective To study the effects of psychotherapy on the clinical efficacy,psychological condition and quality of life of patients with chronic prostatitis. Methods 120 out-patients with chronic prostatitis who visited our urological department form March,2010 to March,2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each groups respectively.Cases in control group received routine drug therapy,while cases in observation group received routine drug therapy plus psychotherapy.The clinical efficacy,scale of Symptom Check List and quality of life in both groups were compared. Results the curing rate,effective rate and ineffective rate in observation group were respective 40.00%,55.00% and 5.0%,but those in observation group were respective 26.67%,48.33% and 25.00%,which were significantly different in both group(P<0.01).After treatment,the scores of somatization,obsession,depression,anxiety,terror and psychosis in Symptom Check List in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.01),and scores of quality of life in observation group were better than those in control group(P<0.01). Conclusions Psychotherapy can increase the clinical efficacy,improve psychological conditions and increase quality of life of patients with chronic prostatitis,worthy to be recommended in clinic.
