不同分娩方式对盆底功能的影响分析

目的对比探讨不同分娩方式对盆底功能的影响。方法将笔者所在医院近期确诊收治住院的92例正常产妇依据分娩方式的不同分为两组,其中实验组47例行剖宫产,对照组45例行阴道分娩,观察两组患者的盆底功能障碍性疾病发生情况,并采用Oxford骨盆底肌力评分系统。结果治疗后,实验组患者的压力性尿失禁、盆腔器官脱垂发生率及Oxford评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),且实验组患者的总有效率97.9%高于对照组的88.9%(P<0.05)。结论运用剖宫产实施分娩对产妇的盆底功能影响较轻,可显著减少盆底功能障碍性疾病的发生,提高临床效果,避免肌力异常。

Different modes of delivery on pelvic floor effect

Objective A comparative study of different modes of delivery on pelvic floor function influence.Methods The institute recently diagnosed admitted to hospital on 92 normal maternal according to mode of delivery are classified into two groups,the experimental group 47 cases of cesarean section,a control group of 45cases of vaginal delivery,observe two groups of patients with pelvic floor dysfunction occurs,and the use of Oxford pelvic floor muscle scoring system.Results After treatment,the experimental group patients with stress urinary incontinence,pelvic organ prolapse occurrence and Oxford score were better than the control group(P < 0.05),and in the experimental group,the total effective rate was 97.9%,higher than that of control group88.9%(P < 0.05).Conclusion The use of cesarean delivery on maternal pelvic floor function implementation has less effect,can significantly reduce pelvic floor dysfunction diseases,improve clinical effect,avoid muscle abnormalities.
