社区精神病患者免费服药情况的调查

目的调查了解社区中精神病患者免费服药情况,为社区精神病防治康复工作提供依据。方法对医院所辖范围内社区中237名贫困精神病患者进行随访,记录其免费用药状况、服药后效果和社会功能情况,分析实行免费服药后的效果。结果精神病患者对药物通过各镇街卫生院或康复站进行发放这种方式的依从性较好,服药率高达94.1%,患者病情缓解明显,病情稳定与好转者达76.3%,患者生活质量和社会功能也明显提高。结论免费药物治疗可以改善社区精神病患者症状,对维持社区和谐起到重要作用,政府应提高社区精神病患者免费治疗的力度。

Survey on free psychotropic drug use in community patients with mental disease

Objective To investigate the community application of free psychotropic medication among the community mental disease patients,and provide basis for community mental health rehabilitation work.Methods 237 poor mental disease patients in that community were selected as research projects.Record them free medication use status,effects and social function after taking medication.Analyse the effect of free psychotropic medication.Results The usage of free psychotropic drugs was high,which accounted for 94.1% of the total number of the objects.The patient’s condition with a clear ease,stable condition and better person amount to 76.3%,the quality of life and social functions of the patients also increased significantly.Conclusion This way of free pharmacotherapy could improve the symptoms,and has an important role to maintain the harmonious of community and society.Government should improve strength to enhance free treatment for community mental disease patients.
