摘    要:目的研制ICU本科护生临床教学路径,探讨其在临床护理教学中的作用。方法建立ICU本科护生临床教学路径,将2010年5月~2011年4月实习护生作为实验组,应用临床护理教学路径模式;2009年5月~2010年4月实习护生作为对照组,应用传统带教模式。比较两组实习护生平时表现、理论、操作、PBL查房四项考核成绩,并调查带教老师和护生对临床护理教学路径的评价。结果实验组成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.01);老师与学生对临床护理教学路径评价较高。结论临床护理教学路径可以使学生牢固掌握ICU专科重点知识、提高教学效果;引导临床教学;明确教学内容和教学目标;避免传统教学的随意性和重复现象;增加师生沟通,提高护生对教学满意度。

Development of ICU clinical teaching path for undergraduate nursing students and its effect in clinical nursing education

Abstract:Objective To develop ICU clinical teaching path for undergraduate of nursing students and discuss its effect in clinical education.Methods To establish ICU clinical nursing teaching path for undergraduate nursing students,we make nursing-students from May 2010 to April 2011 as experimental group and use clinical teaching path model.We make nursing-students from May 2009 to April 2010 as the contrast group and use traditional teaching model.We compare two groups mark which include normal performance,theory test,operational test,making nursing rounds in PBL model and investigate assessment from teachers and nursing students to clinical nursing teaching path.Results Experimental group performed significantly better than contrast group and teachers and students have higher evaluation of clinical nursing teaching path.Conclusions Clinical nursing teaching path can make students master firmly ICU knowledge and improves the educational effectiveness;make clinical teaching clear;make educational contents and goal clear;avoid the arbitrariness of traditional teaching an duplication;increase teacher-student communication and improve the satisfaction of nursing students.
