陪伴联合背景音乐在分娩中的应用

目的通过陪伴联合背景音乐在分娩中的应用,为产妇提供人性化的服务,并观察其效果。方法选择2010年6～12月在我院分娩的400例初产单胎头位产妇,随机分为观察组200例和对照组200例,观察组实施了全程陪伴联合背景音乐,对照组采用传统待产接产方式,由助产士按要求轮班对产程进行观察处理。于产前和产后完成焦虑自评量表,并观察两组产程时间、分娩方式、新生儿窒息率、产后出血率进行对比。结果观察组产前产后焦虑总数及焦虑程度显著较轻(P<0.05),自然分娩率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);而产程时间、剖宫率、阴道助产率、产后出血率、新生儿窒息率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论全程陪伴联合背景音乐能缓解产妇产前、产后的焦虑情绪,降低剖宫率及产后出血率、缩短产程、减少母婴并发症方面明显优于传统的待产接产方式,能明显提高产科护理质量,保证母婴安全,值得推广。

Joint background music to accompany the application in childbirth

Objective Joint background music to accompany the application in childbirth for mothers to provide human services,and to observe its effect. Methods In 2010,6-12 months delivery in our hospital 400 cases of single fetal head position of primiparous mothers were randomly divided into two groups and the control group of 200 cases in the observation group accompany the implementation of the joint background music,the control group using traditional the labor Jiechan way,as required by the midwife shifts were observed on the duration of treatment.Completed in the pre-and post-natal self-rating anxiety scale,and labor duration were observed,mode of delivery,neonatal asphyxia,postpartum hemorrhage rates were compared. Results The results of the observation group and the total number of prenatal and postnatal anxiety was significantly less anxiety(P<0.05),natural delivery rate was significantly higher(P<0.01);and labor time,cesarean rate,rate of vaginal delivery,postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01). Conclusions Accompany the background music can ease joint maternal prenatal and postnatal anxiety and lower rates of caesarean and postpartum hemorrhage rate,shorten labor,reduce infant and maternal complications was significantly superior to the traditional way of the labor confinements can significantly improve the obstetric quality of care to ensure safe motherhood,it is worth promoting.
