儿童眼外伤引起前房出血48例护理体会

目的研究儿童眼外伤导致的前房出血临床治疗的护理措施,为该类疾病的护理工作提供依据。方法对2010年1月～2011年5月我院收治的48例(眼)外伤所致的前房出血儿童患者进行了研究,在常规治疗的基础上,配合心理护理、眼部护理、体位护理等措施,并加强继发性出血以及继发性青光眼的预防,观察并比较治疗前后的效果。结果所有患者经过治疗与护理后,前房积血全部吸收,视力恢复良好,视力检测结果与治疗前比较差异明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于外伤所致的前房出血儿童患者,给予细致的护理对于保证治疗效果具有重要的意义,在临床治疗中应该给予足够的重视。

Nursing Care for 48 Children With Traumatic Hyphema Caused by Ocular Trauma

Objective To study the nursing measures for children with traumatic hyphema caused by Ocular Trauma and provide information for clinical nursing care for such cases. Methods 48 patients with traumatic hyphema from Jan.,2010 to May,2011 were studied.On the basis of routine treatment,all the patients were given psychological care,nursing care on eyes,and position nursing.At the same time,prevention of secondary bleeding and secondary glaucoma were strengthened,and the effects before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment and nursing care,all the hyphema was absorbed,the vision recovered,and the vision test had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusions For children with traumatic hyphema,careful nursing treatment was very important for the guarantee of clinical curative effect,to which adequate attention in the clinical therapy should be given.
