睾丸扭转30例误诊分析

目的通过讨论与睾丸扭转容易混淆的其他主要几种疾病的特点,指出其中的鉴别要点,提高临床诊断准确率。方法对30例睾丸扭转误诊为其他疾病的患者的症状、体征、误诊原因进行分析、讨论。结果 30例睾丸扭转主要误诊为急性附睾、睾丸炎、睾丸脓肿、睾丸鞘膜积液等。结论临床在诊断睾丸扭转等阴囊急症时应注意患者症状、体征及辅助检查,尤其是注重阴囊部位的超声诊断学检查。结合病史全面分析,减少误诊的发生。

Misdiagnosis of 30 cases with testicular torsion

Objective To discuss the characteristics easily confused with other several kinds of main disease.To improve the diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion,and reduce its misdiagnosis.Methods 30 cases with testicular torsion in patients with symptoms,signs,causes of misdiagnosis were reviewed and analyzed.Results 30 cases of testicular torsion mainly were misdiagnosed as acute epididymis,orchitis,testicular abscess,testicular hydrocele,et al.Conclusion Symptoms,signs and ultrasound examination should be pay attention to in the clinical diagnosis,especially diagnostic ultrasound examination of scrotum.Combining with the use of case history of comprehensive analysis to reduce misdiagnosis.
