经鼻超细电子胃镜检查术的护理

目的探讨护理技术在超细经鼻电子胃镜检查术中的运用。方法经鼻进行超细电子胃镜检查,并在术前、术中、术后护理配合。结果 1 228例患者,一次性进鼻送镜成功1 151例,成功率为93.7%。因鼻骨术后11例,鼻甲肥大、鼻腔狭小等58例,害怕经鼻8例,共77例改为经口检查。术后鼻腔轻度出血22例(1.9%),自觉鼻腔疼痛84例(7.2%)。结论超细经鼻电子胃镜检查术,具有术前恐惧感小、术中不适感轻、术中术后并发症少的优势,但操作技术难度、护理配合要求较高。

Nursing care of ultrathin traunsnasal gastroscopy

Objective To explore the usefulness and techniques of the nurse application of the new ultrathin traunsnasal gastroscopy.Methods Patients were examined by the ultrathin transnasal gastroscopy,and nursed in preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative.Results The results of 1228 patients with one-time check to send 1151 patients of endoscopic success,a success rate of 93.7%;11 patients for after surgery nasal;and other 58 cases,for turbinate hypertrophy and narrow nasal cavity.8 cases of fear traunsnasal,a total of 77 patients were treated by traunsoral examination.22 patients with mild nasal bleeding after examination(1.9%),84 patients with perceived pain in nasal cavity(7.2%).Conclusions The ultrathin transnasal gastroscopy examination was capable of feasibility,with little fear of preoperative,intraoperative mild discomfort,less postoperative complications advantage,but the operation is difficult,and require higher nursing cooperation.
