摘    要:目的了解粪肠球菌在临床的分布与耐药性情况,为临床医师合理使用抗菌药物提供科学依据。方法使用VITEK-32型全自动细菌检测分析仪,对218株粪肠球菌作鉴定及其耐药性分析。结果粪肠球菌对利福平、四环素、高单位庆大霉素的耐药率分别高达75.7%、75.2%、61.0%,仅对呋喃妥英、万古霉素和力奈唑胺的耐药率较低,分别为3.2%、2.3%、1.4%。结论粪肠球菌可引起临床各类感染,且多重耐药率高,临床抗感染应以分离菌株的体外抗菌药物敏感性为依据合理使用抗生素,以减少耐药菌株的产生。

Clinical Distribution and Drug Resistance of 218 Enterococcus Faecalis

Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Enterococcus faecalis isolated from Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical College and provide scientific evidence for clinically reasonable use of antibiotics. Methods 218 E.faecalis isolated were identified and their sensitivity to antibiotics were tested by VITEK-32. Results The susceptibility results of E.faecalis to rifampicin,tetracycline,gentamicin(high concentration) resistance rates were as high as 75.7%,75.2% and 61.0% respectively,only lower resistance to nitrofurantoin,vancomycin and Linezolid,which was 3.2%,2.3% and 1.4% respectively. Conclusions E.faecalis can cause different infective diseases and it resists to several antibiotics,so antibiotics should be selected reasonably to kill E.faecalis isolated according to the result of drug sensitivity test.
