苏丹红Ⅱ对雄性小鼠精子毒性的研究

摘    要:目的为了探讨苏丹红Ⅱ的雄性生殖毒性效应,研究了苏丹红Ⅱ对雄性昆明小鼠的睾丸、附睾和精子的毒性作用。方法采用不同剂量的苏丹红Ⅱ配制的饲料喂食小鼠即0.012mg/kg、0.12mg/kg、1.20mg/kg对小鼠染毒,对照组小鼠给予不含苏丹红Ⅱ的饲料喂食,每只每天0.10kg,连续7d,染毒后35d脱颈处死小鼠,观察和分析小鼠精子的数量、活动度和畸形率。结果小鼠睾丸、附睾湿重与体重比值染毒组与对照组无明显差异;精子密度及精子活力染毒组与对照组也无统计学差异显著性;染毒组小鼠畸形精子显著高于对照组,经统计学分析其差异显著。结论苏丹红Ⅱ导致小鼠睾丸附睾重量减低对生殖器官有损害作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the reproductive toxicity effect of Sudan red Ⅱ,the damaging effect of Sudan Ⅱ on sperms of made Kunming mice was studied.Methods The small rats were fed with 0.012mg/kg.0.12mg/kg.1.20mg/kg of Sudan Ⅱaccording in low,medium and high dose dye poisonous set on the 0-7 days.After 35 days,the small rat killed and observed the density and activity of the sperm by adopting the sperm from epididymis.Results 1) It was no obviously different for epididymis,parastata,parordis,wet,heavy of the rats.(P>0.05).2) It was no covariance different for the relative density and activity of the rat sperm.(P>0.05).3)The ratio of lopsided sperm resulted by dye poisonous was higher than that of matched control set.(P<0.01).Conclusions These results suggested that Sudan Ⅱpollution had reproductive toxicity effect on male creature,and more attention should be paid to the effect of SudanⅡpollution.
