摘    要:目的研究三氯化铬对糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠的影响。方法高脂高糖饲料喂养结合STZ注射制备糖尿病胰岛素抵抗大鼠模型,实验分为三组:正常对照组、模型组、补铬组。补铬组灌服三氯化铬溶液,正常对照组和模型组灌服相应体积的蒸馏水。实验周期5周,大鼠处死后测血糖和胰岛素,计算胰岛素抵抗指数。结果与正常对照组相比,模型组FBG升高(P<0.05),FINS和IRI降低(P<0.05);与模型组相比,补铬组大鼠FBG降低(P<0.05),FINS和IRI升高(P<0.05)。结论补铬能够降低血糖,改善胰岛素抵抗。

Application of chromium trichloride on rats with diabetic insulin resistance

Abstract:Objective To study the influences of chromium trichloride on diabetic insulin resistance rats.Methods Rats were fed with high fat and sucrose and STZ was injected to preparation of diabetes rat model with insulin resistance.The rats was divided into 3 groups: normal control group,model group,chromium supplementation group.Chromium supplementation group was gavaged by Chromium trichloride solution,normal control group and model group was gavaged by corresponding volume of distilled water.After 5 weeks,the rats were killed to measure blood glucose and insulin and calculate insulin resistance index.Results compared with normal control group,model group FBG increased(P < 0.05),FI NS and I RI decreased(P<0.05);and compared with the model group,the chromium rats FBG decreased(P<0.05),FI NS and I RI increased(P<0.05).Conclusions Chromium trichloride chromium could reduce the blood sugar and improve insulin resistance.
