参附注射液和复方氨基酸注射液对尿毒症血液透析患者低血压的影响

目的探讨参附注射液和复方氨基酸注射液对尿毒症血液透析患者低血压的疗效。方法 50例慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为常规透析组(对照组)、参附注射液组(参附组)、参附注射液和复方氨基酸注射液组(复合组),观察低血压的发作次数,测定血浆白蛋白(ALB)和C反应蛋白(CRP)含量。结果血液透析后,除复合组舒张压外,三组的收缩压和舒张压与对照组比较在统计学上均有显著的降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);参附组和复合组的收缩压和舒张压与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);复合组与参附组比较,收缩压和舒张压均有显著增高(P<0.05)。参附组和复合组低血压的发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.01),复合组的低血压发生率显著低于参附组(P<0.05)。ALB含量在治疗后参附组和复合组均比对照组显著性增高(P<0.05),治疗后参附组和复合组的CRP均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论参附注射液合用复方氨基酸对于纠正血液透析过程中出现的低血压有良好的治疗效果。

Effects of Shenfu Injection and Compound Amino Acid Injection on hypotension of uremia cases undergoing hemodialysis

Objective To explore the effects of Shenfu Injection and Compound Amino Acid Injection on hypotension of uremia cases undergoing hemodialysis. Methods 50 patients with chronic kidney failure were selected and divided into three groups randomly: conventional dialysis group as control group,Shenfu Injection group,Shenfu Injection combined with Compound Amino Acid Injection as composition group.The incidence of hypotension among these three groups was observed and their content of serum albumin(ALB) and C-reactive protein(CRP) was measured. Results Compared with that in the control group,there was significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the Shenfu Injection group and the composition group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared with that in the Shenfu Injection group,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the composition group were significantly higher(P<0.05).The incidence of hypotension in the Shenfu Injection group and the composition group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the incidence of hypotension in the composite group was significantly lower than that in the Shenfu Injection group(P<0.05).After treatment,ALB levels in the Shenfu Injection group and the composite group were significantly higher(P<0.05) than that in the control group;CRP levels in the Shenfu Injection group and the composite group were significantly lower(P<0.05)than that in the control group,(P<0.01). Conclusions It is an effective treatment to combine Shenfu Injection with Compound Amino Acid Injection in correcting hypotension of uremia cases with hemodialysis.
