| 摘 要： | 目的比较国产头孢他啶和进口头孢他啶联合阿奇霉素治疗社区获得性肺炎的疗效及经济。方法 40例CAP患者,分成观察组和对照组。对照组采用进口头孢他啶联合阿奇霉素治疗。观察组采用国产头孢他啶联合阿奇霉素治疗。结果观察组总有效率95.00%与对照组90.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。国产头孢他啶价格低于进口头孢他啶。结论国产头孢他啶和进口头孢他啶联合阿奇霉素治疗CAP患者均疗效可靠,但是国产药更经济实惠。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the efficacy and economy between domestic and import ceftazidime treatment of CAP. Methods 40 cases of CAP were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group:imported ceftazidime combined with azithromycin;The observer group:domestic ceftazidime combined with azithromycin. Results The total efficiency of the observation group was 95% and control group was 90%,there were no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05). The price of domestic ceftazidime lower than imported. Conclusion Domestic and import ceftazidime treatment of CAP was good efficacy. However,domestic drug was more affordable. |
