胸腔闭式引流术治疗胸腔积液的临床疗效分析

目的探讨胸腔闭式引流术治疗胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年10月～2011年10月笔者所在医院65例行胸腔闭式引流术患者的临床资料,为治疗组;同时对比分析同期65例行传统多次胸腔穿刺术患者的临床资料,为对照组。比较两组患者发热、渗液、气促、胸水吸收时间及并发症等情况。结果两组比较,治疗组较对照组发热程度低、渗液少、气促明显改善、胸水吸收时间短、并发症少。治疗组65例中,显效59例(90.7%),有效4例(6.2%),无效2例(3.1%);对照组65例中,显效34例(52.3%),有效22例(33.9%),无效9例(13.8%)。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腔闭式引流术引流胸腔积液操作简便、安全性高、临床疗效好、并发症少,可有效减轻患者多次穿刺的痛苦,值得推广应用。

Clinical effect analysis of treating pleural effusion by closed thoracic drainage

Objective Through investigating the clinical effect of closed thoracic drainage in treating pleural effusion to judge whether the method is safe,effective and of clinical promotion and application.Methods Retrospectively analysis 35 cases of the patients'data with closed thoracic drainage as treatment group from October 2009 to October 2011 in the hospital.Meanwhile,choosing 35 cases of the patients'data with traditional repeated thoracentesis as control group.Compared fever,exudation,breath shortness,time of pleural fluid absorption condition and complication of the two groups.Results As a result,there is low fever,less exudation and complication,obviously improvement of breath shortness in the treatment group than that of the control group.In 65 cases of the treatment group,the markedly ones were 59(90.7%),the effective ones were 4(6.2%)and the invalid ones were 2(3.1%);In the other group,the markedly were 34(52.3%),the effective ones were 33(33.9%) and the invalid were 9(13.8%).The differences are statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Closed thoracic drainage is easy to operate.It's safe,effective,less complication and could reduce pain with multiple puncture,which is worthy of promotion and application.
