帕罗西汀联合小剂量非典型抗精神病药物在老年抑郁症患者中应用效果研究

目的探讨帕罗西汀联合小剂量抗精神病药物在老年抑郁症中的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择2011年2月～2012年2月在笔者所在医院住院治疗的86例老年抑郁症患者为研究对象,运用随机数字表法将入选患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者仅给予帕罗西汀进行治疗,而观察组患者则在上述治疗的基础上加用小剂量非典型抗精神病药物进行治疗,分别于入组时及治疗后8周进行自编问卷、焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表测评。结果经过为期8周的治疗,观察组焦虑标准分(47.86±6.65)分和抑郁标准分(48.65±4.57)分均明显低于对照组的焦虑标准分(50.63±5.83)分和抑郁标准分(51.91±4.86)分,两组患者组间焦虑标准分和抑郁标准分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且对照组和观察组患者药物不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(x2=0.717,P>0.05)。结论帕罗西汀联合小剂量非典型抗精神病药物治疗老年抑郁症临床疗效确切,安全可靠,不良反应少。

Study of application effect paroxetine combining with low doses of atypical antipsychotics in elderly patients with depression

Objective To investigate the efficacy of paroxetine combining with low doses of atypical antipsychotic in elderly patients with depression. Methods To collect clinical data of 86 cases of elderly patients with depression who were treated in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2012.Then patients were divided into control group and observation group by using a random number table.Patients in the control group were given paroxetine,and patients in the observation group were given paroxetine in combination with low doses of atypical antipsychotic drug treatment.Patients were tested by the self-made questionnaire,self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the beginning of treatment and after eight weeks treatment respectively. Results The anxiety and depression norm of the observation group were lower than that in the control group after 8 weeks treatment(P < 0.05). Conclusion Paroxetine in combination with low doses of atypical antipsychotic obtained satisfactory curative effect for elderly patients with depression,and it is safe and reliable.
