家庭安全护理干预对帕金森病患者日常生活能力的影响

目的提高帕金森病患者日常生活自理能力,减少不良事件的发生,改善其生活质量。方法对40例PD专科门诊患者应用改良Barthel指数评定表进行评分,评定患者就诊前的日常生活能力,制定并实施预防性、针对性、个体化的家庭安全护理干预,于3个月后再由改良Barthel指数评定表评定患者的日常生活能力。对两组数据进行统计学分析比较。结果改良Barthel指数评定表评分大于60分的患者3例增加到15例;60～41分患者由23例降到19例,小于40分的患者由14例降到6例,总有效率为60%。结论在药物治疗的同时加强家庭安全护理干预可提高帕金森病患者日常生活能力,有效降低不良事件发生率,改善其生活质量。

The effect of the nursing home safety on the ability of Parkinson disease patients in the daily life

Objective To improve patients self-care ability of the daily living,reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve their life quality in Parkinson disease.Methods 40 cases of PD patients with specialist out-patient assessment score using Modified Barthel Index assessment form,assessed the daily life of patients before treatment,developed and implemented nursing intervention family safety which were preventive,targeted,individualized.After 3 months,assess the daily living of patients by the Modified Barthel Index assessment form.Two sets of data were statistically analyzed for comparison.Results Cases of index above 60scores increased from 3 to 15,cases of index(40-60scores) decreased from 23 to 19,cases of index under 60scores decreased from 14 to 6,the efficient rate is 60%.Conclusions While affording patients with drug treatment,we also strengthen the family safe nursing intervention can improve theirs daily living,effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve their quality of life in Parkinson disease.
