| 摘 要： | 目的建立通脉胶囊质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中葛根、川芎、决明子进行定性鉴别,HPLC法测定通脉胶囊中葛根素的含量。结果可鉴别葛根、川芎、决明子,葛根素在0.334-1.670ug范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为96.9%,RSD为1.93%。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为该制剂质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality standard for tongmai Capsules.Methods Radix Puerariae,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Semen Cassiae were identified by TLC.The content of Puerarin in tongmai Capsules was determined by HPLC.Results The spot developed were faily clear,and the blank test showed no interference.Puerarin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.334-1.670ug(r=0.9999)and the average recovery was 96.90%,RSD was 1.93%,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and with good repeatability.The method can be used for the quality control of tongmai Capsules. |
