促进技术与作业疗法对中风患者肢体运动功能的影响

对30例中风患者采用促进技术及作业疗法进行治疗，并采用Fugl-Meyer法评测运动功能。结果表明：治疗后肢体运动功能明显改善；随年龄增长，功能积分逐渐下降；发病至开始治疗时间在半年以内患者功能改善明显，半年以后患者有改善。说明促进技术与作业疗法可改善中风患者的肢体运动功能．

The Effect of Facilitation Technique and Occupational Therapy on the Extremity Motor Function of Stroke Patient

Thirty patients with stroke underwent the therapy and training of facilitation technique and occupational therapy. Fugl-Meyer method was used for the assessment of the extremity motor function. The results showed that the extremity motor function after the treatment was significantly improved as compared with that before the treatment. The older the patients were, the lower the total scores of the patients' function. The motor function in the treated patients within 6 months (from onset of sickness to the treatment)was better improved than that after 6 months, suggesting that the facilitation technique and occupational therapy could improve the extremity motor function of stroke patients.
