313例福利院老年人的智力调查及长谷川简易智力量表的应用

采用调查形式了解武汉市区福利院老年人痴呆的流行情况，并应用长谷川简易智力量表对313例老年人进行智力测验、评分，并结合文化水平、经济情况和生活自理能力进行统计学分析。结果老年人定向、记忆想起、常识、计算和记忆记牢的评分均值及总分均值均随增龄而降低（P＜0．01或0．05），痴呆的患病率随增龄而增加（P＜0．01），文盲、经济依赖和生活不能自理者痴呆的患病率明显较高（P＜0．01）。调查结果为预防和治疗老年性痴呆提供了参考资料。

Investigation of Dementia among the 313 Elders from the Home of Respect for the Aged in Wuhan Using HDS

The intelligence of 313 cases of the elderly over 60 years old from the home of respect for the aged in Wuhan were investigated using HDS. The results indicated that 14.4% of the elderly had score under 10 that was considered as dementia with the average score of orientation, memory, general knowledge, calculation and retention and total average score in all groups being decreased with age (P<0.01 or P<0.05,respectively). The dementia morbidity was increased with age (P<0.01) and was higher significantly in the illiterate elderly, the elderly dependent economically on and the elderly not providing oneself(P<0.01).This suggested that there was higher morbidity of dementia in the elders in the home of respect for the aged than in the common elderly.
