脑性瘫痪儿童家庭康复的调查

对16例脑性瘫痪儿童的家庭康复进行了调查。结果表明：绝大多数家长对脑性瘫痪缺乏认识，有不同程度的心理障碍。家庭中训练主要采用气功、中医和中药疗法。部份家长长期坚持家庭训练并贯穿于日常生活中，患儿功能恢复明显。结果揭示，以脑瘫患儿的父母为中心的训练是有效、经济和方便易行的方法，应加强对患儿家长的组织和培训，配合治疗师完成患儿康复任务。

Primary Investigation on Family Rehabilitation Training for Children with Cerebral Palsy

The family rehabilitation training of 16 children with cerebral palsy was investigated. The re suits demonstrated that most parents were lack of medical common knowledge on cerebral palsy and had some pssychological problems. The family rehabilitation treatment for children with cerebral palsy main1y included Qigong and traditional medicines. Those children with cerebral palsy who maintained family rehabilitation training under the guidance of their parents in routine life for a long time obtaincd obvious functional recov cry. It was suggested that the parcnts would be organized trained, and cooperated with therapist and social workers to complete the rehabilitation tasks. Parent-centered approach is an effective, economical and practi cal method.
