摘    要:目的:改进延胡索总生物碱的提取方法,测定延胡索乙素的含量。方法:采用正交法,考察提取方法、提取溶媒、酸碱度等因素,以延胡索乙素为考察指标,用高效液相色谱法测定延胡索乙素含量,寻找延胡索总碱最佳提取工艺。结果:酸碱度对延胡索乙素的得率有极显著的影响。结论:采用碱性乙醇提取最佳。

Abstract:Object: To improve the extraction method of corydalis alkaloid,and determine the content of tetrahydropalmatine.Methods: The content of tetrahydropalmatine was determined by HPLC.With the recovery of tetrahydropalmatine as the appraisement standard,the extracting technology including extraction solvents and pH values was optimized by orthogonal design.Results: The extraction recovery was affected remarkably by the value of pH.Conclusion: The best extraction condition was with alcohol(under pH >7) as extraction solvent to extract.
