自拟抗白癜丸治疗白癜风疗效观察

目的 观察中药抗白癜丸的临床疗效。方法 90例白癜风患者,46例(男20例,女26例)口服中药抗白癜丸,10g,3次/日;44例(男19例,女25例)作为对照组口服甲氧沙林片25mg,3次/日。两组局部分别外搽补骨脂酊和卤美他松乳膏,3次/日,连续观察6个月。结果 中药抗白癜丸治疗白癜风总有效率84.8％,对照组54.5％,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 中药抗白癜风丸治疗白癜风的疗效确切。

Therapeutic Effect of Vitiligo Treated by anti - vitiligo Pill

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of anti - vitiligo Pill (AVP) on Vitiligo. Method 90 patients with Vitiligo were observed. The therapy of AVP was applied in 46 patients (20 maie and 26 female), 10g rid. In control group, 44 Vitiligo patients were treated with Methoxsalen 25mg tid. Both groups were used topical treatment of Psoralea tincture and Halometasone cream rid, respectively. The treatment period was six month. Results The results showed the total effective ratio in Vitiligo treated with AVP was 84.8 % , in the control group 54.5% . There was significant difference between the two groups, P< 0.01. Conclusion It is effective to treat Vitiligo with AVP.
