| 摘 要： | 作者采用Ｓｅｔｄｉｎｇｅｒ技术，经肝动脉插管灌注５－Ｆｕ、ＡＤＭ、ＭＭＣ、ＰＤＤ治疗晚期肝癌６７例。全部患者症状改善、疼痛减轻或消除；肿瘤有不同程度缩小，ＡＦＰ，ｒ－ＧＴ有不同程度下降。本组ＣＲ８．９％，ＰＲ２３．８％，Ｓ３８．８％。生存３个月以上者９７％，半年以上４３．７％，一年生存率为２７％，副作用轻微，不失为治疗晚期肝癌的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Through hepatic artery with intubation we used stetdinge to pour 5-Fu,ADM, MMC, PDD to cure 67 cases of late malignant tumor of liver. All patients improved their conditions,and reduced,even subsided the pain.The tumor had been regression at different levels.AFP,r-GT had been reduced seperately.CR was 89%,and PR, 23.8%,and S,38.8%in this group.The survive period rate for 3 month was 97%,and half year,43.7%,and one year 27%.For having only few sideeffects,it was really an effective method to cure late malignant tumor of liver. |
