颈、胸、腹三切口结肠代食管手术的护理配合

[目的]总结分析颈,胸,腹三切口结肠代食管手术护理配合过程与要点.[方法]对2000～2011年本院25例颈、胸、腹三切口结肠代食管手术的临床资料进行回顾性分析.[结果]2例发生喉返神经损伤,2例发生颈部吻合口漏,21例手术效果满意,患者生存率高.[结论]根据手术特点认真做好手术前准备工作,术中熟练配合手术,做好护理措施,密切观察患者生命体征及一般情况,确保手术患者安全,避免各种并发症和意外的发生.

Nursing Cooperation of Colon Replacing Esophagus Through Three Incisions of Neck, Chest and Abdomen

[Objective]To summarize and analyze the cooperation process of the surgery of colon replacing esophagus through three incisions of neck, chest and abdomen. [Methods]Clinical data of 25 cases of colon replacing esophagus through three incisions of neck, chest and abdomen in our hospital from 2000~2011 were analyzed retrospectively. [Re- sults] Recurrent laryngeal nerve damage occurred in 2 cases. Cervical stomal leak occurred in 2 cases. The surgical effica- cy of 21 cases was satisfactory. The survival rate of patients was high. [Conclusion] According to surgery features, care- ful preparation before operation, skillful cooperation during operation, nursing intervention and close observation of pa- tients＇ signs and general status coordination can ensure the patients＂ safety, complete the operation smoothly and avoid the incidence of complications and accidents.
